1. Introduction Welcome to the Azure Store. By accessing and using this Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before making any purchase or transaction. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use the Store.
2. Eligibility By using the Store, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases. You also agree that any information you provide to us is accurate and up-to-date.
3. In-Game Items and Virtual Currency The Store offers virtual items, crafting supplies, and other in-game resources (collectively, “Items”) for use within the Azure Minecraft server. These Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law.
4. Pricing and Payments Prices for Items in the Store are subject to change without notice. Payments for Items are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the processing of your payment. Azure is not responsible for any issues or errors with payment processors.
5. Delivery of Items Upon successful completion of your purchase, the Items will be delivered to your in-game account on the Azure Minecraft server. Delivery may take up to 24 hours, though most items are delivered instantly. If you experience any delays or issues with your purchase, please contact our support team.
6. Ownership and License You do not own any of the Items you purchase. All Items remain the exclusive property of the Azure Minecraft server. Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Items in accordance with the server’s rules and policies.
7. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with your use of the Store or the server. This includes but is not limited to:
- Attempting to sell or transfer Items to other users outside of the server’s permitted trading systems.
- Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain unauthorized access to Items.
- Engaging in chargebacks or other payment-related fraud.
8. Refunds and Cancellations All purchases made through the Store are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of the Azure team. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error or technical issue, please contact support.
9. Changes to the Store Azure reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or add Items to the Store at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to adjust prices, limit quantities, or impose restrictions on specific Items.
10. Server Rules and Account Suspension Purchasing Items from the Store does not exempt you from following the rules of the Azure Minecraft server. Violations of server rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund for any Items purchased.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azure and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Store, including but not limited to any loss of in-game progress, virtual items, or account suspension.
12. Amendments to Terms Azure reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Store. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
